Review: Dairy Keen Is One of My Favorite Restaurants

This little burger restaurant in Heber has always been one of my favorite restaurants. With its thick Utah milkshakes, crispy onion rings, and quality burgers, this place is top notch. I remember going here as a little kid, watching excitedly as the train running atop the walls passed by, spooning the cookies and cream milkshake, in awe at how good the burger was.

Menu

Dairy Keen is home to a wide variety of burgers. If I were to choose a burger, I would probably go with either the guacamole bacon swiss (in my opinion the best kind of burger), or the train burger. The train burger, topped with ham and swiss cheese, is probably their most famous burger. They also offer sandwiches, salads, chicken strips, and their famous thick milkshakes.

Pricing

I would say Dairy keen is has great value, with all their entrees ranging from 1-8 dollars. The standard cheeseburger is $3.49 with the fancier burgers going up to around $5.50. The gluten free options can be a little pricier, but not by much. Overall, would definitely say you get your money’s worth.

Are you up for the challenge?

This restaurant is also home to the ultimate challenge…the train wreck burger. This thing holds a 1/4 pound patty, chicken, ham, bacon, and an onion ring, all in one burger! I ate this thing a couple years a go, and it was absolutely huge!
